Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AnyoneLine handles information used to provide the service. Private chats are stored with service providers; they are not end-to-end encrypted.

Information we handle

We handle login email, profile and session information; chats, expressly approved memories and generated media; custom-character briefs; purchase identifiers, entitlement and usage records; support requests and technical diagnostics. Creem processes payment details; we use its transaction records to reconcile purchases.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate users, keep records within the right account, generate replies and media, deliver custom characters, maintain balances, handle support and refunds, screen prohibited image prompts and prevent abuse. Authorised staff may review relevant support, delivery and diagnostic records.

Service providers

Neon provides authentication and database services; Cloudflare R2 stores media; OpenRouter and configured AI models process generation context; ElevenLabs processes voice text; Creem handles payments and image-prompt screening; Upstash Redis supports traffic limits; Vercel hosts the application. Relevant chat context and approved memories may be sent to AI providers. Their own data policies also apply.

Cookies and international processing

Authentication cookies and technical storage support sessions, security and preferences. Cloud providers may process information outside your country. Do not assume that vendor storage or training policies are identical across providers.

Retention

We keep information while needed for the account, delivery, support, security and legal obligations. Payment, order and fraud-prevention records may need to remain after chat deletion. Backups and provider-held copies follow their applicable retention requirements; deletion is not a promise of immediate removal everywhere.

Your controls and requests

Account data controls export available chat, memory and custom-character records. Chat-data deletion removes conversations, saved memories and generated chat media; it does not automatically delete your login account or purchase records. Account closure requests require administrator review. Use Support for applicable access, correction or deletion rights; an order number is not required for a privacy request.

Content review and generation data

Authorised operators review custom briefs, imported character settings and supplied portrait or voice references for suitability and delivery. Necessary chat context and approved memories are sent to configured text-model providers, and reply text is sent for voice generation. Photo requests and the actual generation prompt are sent to Creem for prompt screening before image generation. Relevant content and diagnostics may also be reviewed to handle safety reports or appeals.

Memories and public characters

Content rejected by memory safety checks is not saved as a new memory. Existing unsafe memories or history can be excluded from generation context without deleting the original records. Publishing a role exposes its approved character materials, not the purchaser’s private chats or memories. Retention and deletion follow the rules above; review or publication does not imply immediate deletion of all provider-held copies.

Email support and verification

The official support mailbox is support@anyoneline.com. Form messages are stored as support records; when email sending is configured, Resend processes the message and sign-in email for delivery to our Dynadot-hosted mailbox. We use that email to reply to you. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification signals to prevent automated signup. Do not include passwords, API keys or full payment-card details in support messages.
